4.5 stars. Very good place to stay. Our room had a full kitchen except an oven, workstation, love seat, tv, king bed. The staff at check-in was helpful and friendly. Nice gym, coffee in lobby 24 hrs a day, and free breakfast. Note: breakfast was very basic and not one of the best I've had. There is a pool, but we didn't see it. Hotel is close to stores, restaurants, gas stations etc. I'd stay here again when I'm in the area (but eat breakfast elsewhere). Rooms5.0Service5.0Location5.0

Do not stay here if you are expecting privacy while using the restroom if you have more than one person in the 1 bedroom suite, which allegedly sleeps 4. There is a very obscene 2 inch gap on the sliding barn door in the bedroom. Bathroom is accessed from both the kitchen area and bedroom. If someone is laying in the bed, they are able to see right in to the bathroom and even the toilet. I have sent photos to Hilton Customer Service and filed a report. I tried to directly address this blatant privacy issue with the manager and she said that I was being rude and called the police to trespasses me from the property. I was there with my handicap nephew, who was sleeping in the bedroom while I had the very uncomfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. I was unable to shower or use the r

Positive: The staff was great and the room was clean. I felt very safe also. Negative: I didn't love the breakfast choices.

I stayed for 2 nights with my son and disabled child in a wheelchair. first night after I checked in at 10:52 pm on a late check in severely tired from moving. I found blood on all four pillowcases and on the bed on the second room 218. I took pictures of it. There was a handprint of blood on the back door. The not been clean and I notified the front desk where they ended up moving me 221. And they was sorry for the inconvenience. The customer service of the two women that I dealt with looks very nice. They did have a hotel management for housekeeping come to verify. Blood is on that bed and on the sheet and on the door and was not clean. She also seen it was hair in the shower on the back wall. Walked into a dark room. Could not get the light to come on. Found out you have to use your card key to turn on power even though the light by the bed works. Phone had no dial tone. Bathroom light auto detection did not work well. Front desk rep never told me about the card key and didn't offer to fix the phone. The room was clean and hotel close to the airport.
