Holiday Inn Express & Suites Palm Bay by IHG

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our travel plans changed. We stopped at the Holiday Inn Express in Palm Bay, Florida without a reservation. We were able to get a very nice room with a walk in shower. The staff was EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING. We had a GREAT experience at this Holiday Inn Express! We would highly recommend it! We stayed Monday, September 29th.

Positive: The hotel was extremely clean, even walking into the rooms smelled like cleaning products. The hotel was decorated as well for the holiday coming up. I don’t have much complaints at all. Negative: The room was a little small but everything else was perfect! Could also have a bit more variety with their breakfast

The staff was sweet but OMG!! The building itself was a disaster. The elevator was broke, the bed was so old you would sink halfway to the bottom, sheets and blankets were very old and definitely past the point of keeping. So many numerous other complaints about the overall shape of the building and the room. Will definitely not stay here again and also will make me think twice about a Holiday Inn Express during my travels. Edited after their response. We were not told about the elevator being broke until the minute we walked in with our bags at 9 o’clock at night. No phone calls, No emails, no messages. We were exhausted from a 8 Hour drive so finding another room was not an option. And you blatantly lied in your response by saying we asked for any compensation. Not once did we ask you f

I stay at this location a lot for work and the staff and facility are always great. Its clean and comfortable. The beds and linens are the best. If I ever have any issues the staff and manager correct it and make it right. This is a great place to rest if you are in the area! The breakfasts are pretty good if you area breakfast eater. The cinnamon rolls are delicious!

Awesome hotel experience. Checkin was a breeze. Hotel was clean and our room 105 smelled amazing. Bed were very comfortable and I love the options of firm and soft pillows. Only con to this trip was there was a girls soccer team there and they were a bit loud in the hallways after 10pm. Breakfast was a nice assortment of typical food. Thanks for the turkey and pork sausage options.
