My family moved into Lot 2 on July 9th. We were told that Mark could help us with repairs. We hàve tried countless times to get a hold of Mark, but he never answers us. We were also told previously to moving in that the park manager held community get together with food and socializing and no such thing has happened since we have been here. The neighbors have never welcomed us to the trailer park, in fact they have ignored us since we moved here. I can't wait for us to complete our next 21 months sell our trailer and get out of here. No friends no neighbors and isolated for over a year, WTH.
Amazing.
Rent runned down trailers for $950 a month. Crazy
The owners could be far better with upkeep
