Comfort Suites Palm Bay - Melbourne

I reserved the accessible king suite with roll-in shower. I was assigned an accessible king suite with bath tub. The desk clerk stated that the manager said that there was no difference in the accessible suites. There is a huge difference between a roll-in shower and a standard tub. You can put in all the grab bars you want, but that does not make taking a shower safe if you can't climb into the tub or stand to take a shower. I find such a callous attitude by management offensive. Why have the separate categories for making reservations when management disregards them when making room assignments? The deadbolt on the suite's door did not work. The manager said the hotel was old and the remodel was delayed due to increased costs due the increase in tariffs for furniture. Not an acc

We stay here each year for a conference. This year we experienced excellent customer service from Amelda at the front desk! She was so kind and went above and beyond for us!! She is a gem for sure. Our only complaints are that the floors and rooms are not very clean. The basics are done but the smell when you walk into the room is not so good and the floors really need a good shampooing. They can definitely take it up a notch in that department. Also, breakfast could use a little more variety or different options & honey for the tea. The location is good and

Had a friend stay there and I just stopped by to drop something off for him,the night auditor very very nice young man help me out. Offer me a cold refreshing drink with ice very nice of him. Let me take pictures which is incredibly nice told me about the hotel. It was very quiet the rooms are largeand beautiful. It has a gym pool business center small kitchen that serves hot breakfast in the morning free to the guests. juices and snacks in the afternoon. they also have vending machines that have just about everything you could want four drinks hand snacks.

When we visit our daughter in Palm Bay, we often need to stay nearby because she has a large family. Comfort Suites in Palm Bay was terrific! Scarlet was the front desk manager and she was incredibly helpful. The first night, our room faced the highway, and the road noise made it hard to sleep. When we told Scarlett she immediately found us an ideal room facing away from the road and the rest of our trip was fantastic. Whether we needed change, extra towels or information about local places, Scarlett was a gem who helped us with a big smile, making us feel so welcome. We'll be back!

I’ve had the pleasure of being at this hotel for a couple weeks and and I must say the front desk staff is amazing as well as a general manager in the breakfast attendant, Velma. miss Raquel and Scarlett are so very attentive they will do anything and everything to make you feel right at home if you ever find yourself in the Palm Bay area this is a wonderful hotel. I would recommend to anyone.
