Pacific Inn & Suites

The room was very clean and spacious. Location is good, we felt very safe. Very good value for the money. No problem with parking - there are more spaces behind the property if it's full inside. Whenever we asked for cleaning or fresh towels we always got them. The bathroom is slightly on the small side. There was a funky smell the first night or two, but I think that was because someone before us had been smoking. We bought an air freshener, but did't notice the smell after a while. It was fairly cold when we were there, and it would have been nice with a cover for the duvet instead of just a sheet for it.

Seems recently renovated. We enjoyed the stay. My kids loved our family room with a king and 2 sofa beds. Appliances all seemed new. Room was equipped with other basics as well.

We stayed here before our Cruise in January in a 1 bedroom suite. We were looking for reasonably priced, basic accommodations, and were very happy with our choice. Room was clean and updated. The front desk (Raj) was very friendly and helpful. Great location. There is an excellent diner for breakfast/brunch and a convenience store just around the corner. Safe and quiet area, close to the water. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Raj!

Love this place! We secured rooms for our entire wedding party and some family members, for our wedding at the Cabrillo Beach Bath House on November 8th. We rented 22 out of their 23 rooms. Raj was so helpful and kind to me, my new husband, and our friends & family. They even gave me a cute Bride gift box (we stayed in the Penthouse). The location was perfect with 2 diners and a convenience store nearby. Of course there are a few neighborhood “characters” (not anything the hotel can control), but we all felt safe in our rooms and on the property. Parking was easy and FREE for us and those who rented cars (most flew in). Securing the hotel block via email months in advance was relatively simple, and we were able to tour the rooms prior. Positive: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean - great remodeled rooms, comfortable bed. My daughters loved the complementary shampoo! Negative: Limited nearby restaurants (2) that closed early for dinner
