Crowne Plaza Los Angeles Harbor Hotel by IHG

​I recently stayed at this Crowne Plaza and had a generally positive experience. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were decent and well-stocked—they even left a spare roll of toilet paper, which is always appreciated. ​The absolute highlight of the trip was the hot tub on the second floor; it was surprisingly quiet and not busy at all, making for a very relaxing break. I also have to shout out the waitress in the dining room. Even when things looked busy and she was clearly overwhelmed, she kept a smile on her face and provided great service. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel was having issues with hot water - there was none on the evening of our stay. The next morning the hot water was sporadic. The room was fine although some updates are needed. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work and one faucet handle was broken. The cost was reasonable and it's walkable to the Long Beach cruise port. Hotel is also near some cute restaurants/bars.

Overall very nice! Some things are a little dated. Service was very good. It’s hard to get ahold of the front desk because they have so many people coming and going from cruise ship.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the cruise port for a 1 night pre cruise stay & wasn’t sure what to expect from reading previous reviews. We arrived well before check in time & we’re warmly greeted by the 2 ladies at the front desk who also kindly allowed us early access to our room. I’d booked a harbor view Jr suite & the room was nicely maintained, sparkling clean & had a lot of room to relax. It was quiet & we had a comfortable nights sleep without any issues. I received a nice text message asking if I was happy with the room & to let them know if I needed anything. They have a shuttle to the ship for only $11 per person which was nice, avoiding the need for uber or taxi. The hotel is within easy walking distance of several good restaurants & attractions, including the waterfro
