Oxmoor Lodge

There are no words to describe how horrible this hotel is. While the infrastructure is passable and the price and location may make it attractive enough (other hotels in the area practically start at double the price per night), the service and hygiene are below what I would expect in a developing country. The towels, bedding and carpet were so dirty, it was impossible to even consider using them. The spreadsheet on my bed had crusted vomit on it, and there were blood stains in the sheets (all the remaining towels and things had yellow stains like stuff had been washed off improperly). When I demanded for the bedding to be changed, they told me they couldn't as there was no one there to do it. 2 different rooms. First room Bathroom floor about to fall through. Management says they're fixing floor. |Second room, bathtub water won't shut off. Trucker different hours daily, sounds of dripping water is a hindrance. |Weekend. So management says real maintenance person be here during the week. |At least they are trying to fix reported the problems. |

The service was great it is behind the Howard Johnsons located within minutes to everything when I arrived I was a little skeptical because of the price. When I spoke to the front desk before renting I asked could I see the room first..they gladly showed me the room I inspected it & then decided to rent it..I was pleased with the way they showed excellent customer service & again the rooms were nice for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here when it was called Howard Johnson. Joined with the Oxmoor lodge,I had a wonderful experience the employees her are very nice helpful as well as understanding when need be. My room was clean and up to my Standards. I even ended up renting weekly for 5 months while in Dutch of a place of my owe . Now that I live out of state I still rent nightly and weekly when I return. Thank you so much Oxmoor loadge and now econo lodging I'll be seeing you soon

Me and a friend paid for two nights the room was not clean, the phone didn't work, there where water standing in the floor of the bathroom, the tube was stopped up, also there were no remote control to the tv. I won't tell anyone to stay there on top of that they won't even give us a discount after all that we had to go through.
