Oxford Suites Portland - Jantzen Beach

This hotel is amazing, I went there on a long business trip and the staff was super nice, hotel very clean and the complimentary drink ticket amazing to relax with at the end of the day. The hotel having a restaurant inside with a gas station close in walking distance made it so I didnt have to go anywhere after a 10 hr shift. Bed was comfortable and showers great. I stayed an extra day on my own dime because of the great experience and didnt want to drive 6 hrs home. Thank you for the wonderful stay😊 🙏

Nice family style hotel. Free made to order breakfast. Hot soups and free beer or wine in the evening. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice beds. Free Wifi. AND the best part an incredible secured gated parking lot with a card reader which opens a gigantic gate. Perfect for doggie people who walk their dogs in the evening. The secured gated parking lot is a wonderful benefit of this family style hotel.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast has the usual suspects. A plain greek yogurt in addition to a flavored one would be nice but overall the free breakfast is good. Bed was comfortable. A 2nd sink in the room is always appreciated!

We often have kid-competitions and events in Vancouver, on Hayden Island, or at the Clark County Event Center. Oxford Suites is our go-to hotel. It's clean, has big rooms, is quiet and well-appointed, easy to get-to, has an indoor pool (with toys like beach balls, etc.) and hot tub. Plus the breakfast and evening happy hour (soup, drinks), are not only tasty and fresh, but cost-saving. Hayden Island has lots of tax-free shopping if you need anything, and if you want to walk/jog across the Columbia River and run along the river path, it's easy to get to the bridge path. (It's about a 1-mile walk from Oxford Suites to the Hilton Convention Center in Vancouver, if you crave outdoor time. The drive takes 6 minutes, 12 for parking.)
