Oxford Inn and Suites - NASA

Great place, clean and chill! It's a budget inn without all the crackhead drama. Just mind your own business, and you'll be fine. I was in and out of the room between 10pm and 4am and wasn't bothered once I felt pretty safe. I didn't get eaten up by bed bugs and had the room for about a month. The maid service was a great, very sweet lady, and they really cared about their guest overall it was a good experience.

Positive: Price and location Negative: There is no lobby access. I was told, "it got closed during vivid and never reopened". More than 75% of TV channels are " Video only". I'm only here because of disability and finances. If I was in better physical and financial shape, I would have left.

A friend and I stayed here for 1 night in May 2018, booked last minute as part of an impromptu trip to the Houston Space Center. I had read reviews which don't paint a very good impression of the place but as it was only for 1 night and the price was decent, I risked it. On the whole, it was a risk worth taking as it was fine.||||Fine, but not perfect. The fridge didn't work and just smelled funny when opened, but we didn't need it so no dramas. The inclusive WiFi worked fine for me but my friend - who has an older phone - struggled.||||The room was basic and a bit dated, but not uncomfortable. The beds and shower were fine, as was the air con, albeit a bit loudly. There had clearly been an altercation or two in our room previously as there was a hole in the bathroom door (filled in)

Not the place to be ....... it doesn't matter if your spending the weekend or whatever this place has a bad reputation and the local pd will follow you in and out as well as their neighbor hotel , I would recommend paying more and find a better location than that place......even if the police question you they will call you a liar even when your telling the truth and disrespect you but to get respect , you need to give respect and I don't like being called a liar when I'm telling the truth and believe me I let the officer know how I felt but smh do you think they care, heck no ended up with broke ribs and 3 days on concrete and was let out cuz of no evidence and nothing to charge me for ...... i knew that myself !!!! I have visited the Oxford inn quite often and had no problems. I recently stayed for a week. One morning towards the end of my stay.I woke up and my wrist was itching like crazy. I thought it was a random rash, maybe I am allergic to the laundry detergent or something. Then I got bumps all over my wrist and the other wrist got bumps. My partner got bumps everywhere too. I was itching like crazy, so I consulted my doctor and she said I had bed bug bites. I had to pay for the visit and the expensive cream she wrote a prescription for and buy Benadryl .My doctor advised me to ask for a refund and leave and never stay there again. My boyfriend loves Oxford inn, so he didn't listen. They gave us another room. The man in the office said that they didn't find bed bugs and offered us $20 off
