The rooms could use some updating but not bad at all. They have apartment size fridge in the rooms which makes it nice for groceries. My only real complaint is what they charge for animals. I did bring my cat along with me. $70 extra a week for a cat is a little much. The ladies at the front desk have always been super friendly and helpful. Everyone pretty well stays to themselves so I've not had any problems. NO BUGS!

Positive: Location was close to a venue I was atrending. Negative: Roaches everywhere! Can't see yourself in the bathroom mirror from the grime, couldn't bring myself to shower because it's so nasty I didn't want to be barefoot. Your feet stick to the floors as you walk.

Due to a miscommunication in their system, the first room I had been given hadn't been cleaned yet. I went back to the lady at the front desk, and she got me switched over quickly. She was apologetic and friendly. The new room was fine. I didn't see any evidence of roaches that some other reviews mention. In some places, the walls were stained or damaged, but not enough to make the room feel unclean. In hindsight, I think this property is mostly used for extended stays rather than one-night trips like mine. As such, things like shampoo weren't provided. It was okay because I was able to go to a nearby drugstore for soap. I wish I had known in advance so I could have brought my own. Overall, this was a pleasant stay with friendly staff. I would stay here again.

I guess I should have figured with the price being so cheap that it would bad. Front desk people are nice but it's unfortunately most of the people staying here are homeless just trying to stay somewhere cheap. Our room was clean bed was hard and lots shady people hanging around outside.

I haven't personally had a room here but this is my 2nd time that a friend rented out a room here. It's an ok place it is better than other ones around the place that us this place is way better. Maybe one day I might rent out a room maybe one day.
