Comfort Suites Frisco

The front desk staff was great, but the room was dirty there was dirt along the edge of the carpet with nail clippings and even medication found underneath the desk in the room. The linens for the pull out couch were not even in the room. The restroom could have used more cleaning not just a wipe down. The price was expensive for a nasty room. The breakfast was decent.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The service was great and the morning breakfast at the hotel was a great thing to look forward too. As to the room I was in very comfortable. There was only one thing on the first room, it need a better look at the bed making policy. That was brought to attention of the hotel manager and the general manager in a Comfort Suites survey I posted with them when I got home. But, I do understand that human mistake can happen.

Mismanaged hotel! Manager does not care which cascades down to front desk attendants. We had an extended stay (10+ days) but only received housekeeping services once, despite asking the hotel multiple times throughout our stay. The hotel lacked toilet paper upon arrival which let us to believe it wasn't cleaned properly from the prior guest.

This is our 3rd time staying here. It’s in close proximity to our daughter and her family. This time, our room wasn’t clean, but because we didn’t arrive until 1am, we were too exhausted to ask for a different room. Our schedule with family prevented us from “complaining”. There was mold in the grout line in the shower, along with lots of rust. The tub should be replaced. After about 3 days, one morning I was making my bed (didn’t need housekeeping) when I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the comforter. We were in a hurry to leave, so I didn’t report it. I merely placed the unclean part at the bottom of my bed. Obviously, the comforters don’t get washed, but they should! I’ll double check next time, for sure! Breakfast was very good and the staff was VERY friendly, but the hotel's not very clean. The mirrors in my room were very dirty, the tub needs a really good scrub down, and the carpet needs to be vacuumed thoroughly. The gym was okay, but the pool is nasty. I can't believe I got in it. The water was murky and the hot tub was dirty too. You can see it all gross on the walls of the tub. The chairs in there need to be replaced too. I saw 2 of 3 broken.
