We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not stay here again. The rooms were extremely small, with only double beds and barely any space to move around. There was no ice machine available, and when we asked for ice, we were given small sandwich baggies — completely inconvenient for guests. The rooms were also uncomfortably hot, and despite adjusting the thermostat, they would not cool down properly, making it difficult to sleep. Most concerning was the lack of safety. The parking lot did not feel secure, and unfortunately our vehicle and others were vandalized and broken into during our stay. Personal items were stolen. Stayed here on a business trip as a Titanium Elite member.||First off, every staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly, especially the bar staff during dinner service.||My room was sufficient for a business stay, though admittedly a bit worn. There was some visible wear, like chipping on the door handle. It didn’t affect my sleep or comfort, but if you're expecting a pristine, high end experience, this might fall short. If you're just looking for a solid night’s rest, it does the job.||Breakfast was pretty good. If you have status, you’ll receive a voucher. The full breakfast is fabulous. Fresh omlets made right before your eyes. Wait staff is kind and attentive. Rooms are clean and in good shape. Bar staff are fun and helpful. Elevators are cranky at times of high demand. Adequate parking.

Main floor entrance, restaurant, and bar areas are nicely updated. Fitness center is also nice with plenty of machines and weights. Proximity to some nice restaurants and activities like topgolf is a plus. Pool area is relatively big but the ceiling paint is peeling off. $19 paid parking is kind of lame when it’s not a high-demand-parking area. Expensive buffet breakfast ($22pp) and very expensive ($12) in room water bottles makes it feel like guests are being nickle and dimed. Marriott really needs to remodel the rooms of this hotel! The rooms are super small with outdated/worn furniture and windows. Beds are comfortable at least. Overall I recommend staying elsewhere in Omaha.
