Oceanana Motel

Hopefully this reaches someone who actually cares about how this place is being run and I hate to be the one to do it, BUT, this place honestly deserves it (I also work in hospitality) The front desk clerk, Jessica, was unbelievably rude and condescending. (You should've seen how she acted towards the family in front of us.) From the second I walked in she acted like helping me was some kind of burden. No smile, no basic manners. Just pure attitude. When I asked a question about the location of our room she rolled her eyes and started speaking to me like I'm a damn child. That completely ruined my first impression.

It’s a motel but not too bad. Had a fine times Except watch out for Jessica at the front desk. She seems to think she is in the inhospitable industry.

The experience was fantastic , Angelica and her team were outstanding. Angelica listened to all my concerns. True TEAM PLAYERS.

The motel rooms were very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Would recommend a nice family trip to this place! However, the pier (restaurant)was way overpriced for the food would not recommend eating there for the price for the food.

Michael was the employee in the lobby who helped us. So sweet and so nice. The hotel was as I always remembered from coming here as a kid to an adult. I miss the playgrounds but it’s still a wonderful trip down memory lane every time.
