Pelicans Roost

Stayed here for a month to look for permanent housing. Great host for my air bnb. Great place. Quiet! Safe! Neat and clean. Laundry/Game room was great. A block away from great beach access!!!

Very affordable and clean, nice rooms. We booked with Homeaway and Chris the owner of unit 25 was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay again!

0great deal...very unassuming old motel...converted to condos. Booked thru Airbnb interior was awesome, modern and luxurious. Urbane not beachy....close to everything yet far enough away to be quiet.

I don't usually give bad reviews but this place was definitely not worth the money the only thing that this place had going for it was the distance from the beach that's it I stayed in room#7 I can't speak for the rest of the building but this one was not worth it it's very small and the shower had bad water scale deposits I had to soke the shower head in comet which i supplied to get it working properly no housekeeping you will need to do all the cleaning and strip the bed lining and bag it up yourself I paid for 5 days couldn't check in until 4pm and had to check out by 11 am so you will not get your full time and also there is no management on the property

Quiet, beach was wide open, not crowded. We made our meals, explored, and had a wonderful time.
