Oak Motel

There's no microwave and they asked 125 25 for a deposit 100 for the room I go on Google and I look at the price online and it's 70 bucks no microwave dirty air conditioner futon mattress on a plywood box spring there is no box spring as a matter of fact I know motels they give at least complimentary coffee for 120 I am disappointed with my stay and I will be checking out in the morning but but because this is the cheapest spot in Modesto I'm sure that we will be back and next time we'll have better accommodations I will be talking to front desk the door don't even stay closed I feel like I should only been charged 70 for this room and a $20 deposit

Great service. Really worked with me on short notice. Very friendly. Only issues were the TV doesn't work and the neighborhood is a little scary. If you don't leave the room and you have mobile Wi-Fi it is great.

● ROOMS: My thoughts on the room(s) that I have been in. I have been here off and on, and going on # 6. NO BUGS! NO ROACHES ( but then again Im a clean individual).The rooms have always been clean, disinfected...smoke free. Every thing works in the rooms I have been in..NO COMPLAINTS ● ROOM SERVICE: Clean linens, towels and toiletries on a daily basis. ● SERVICE: Service desk is attended with a nice respectfully lady and her courtious husband. ( always there to help IF you need help) ● LOCATION: Can not go wrong with the price does fit the location... ANYTHING YOU WANT is very close at hand. You have the Super of the Super of Wallmarts , if your looking for less costly items .. go to dollar general...family dollar. Dinner; You can on the crowslanding strip. Or whatever ...its not to far

This hotel has bad service the people at the office are very rude specially the lady she gives you dirty looks and gives you attitudes she is very rude. The rooms smell like cigar there's mice, bed bugs and more bugs. The lady knocks on the door at 10 to get the room keys and tells you you have to be out, when the time to clock out is 11:35 that's the time you have to to clock out. This morning I woke up with a lot of bed bugs on my shirt, I told her about it and showed her the pictures, she said we were lien because no one has ever put a complain. She didn't gave us our $20 deposit back because we told her about it and showed her the pictures. I am never going there again.

It was quiet and the staff stayed out of our business, and that is how I wanted it. I didn't ever see the staff and I was there for 2 weeks. The room was clean and I didn't see any bugs. The furniture was real old and beat up, but that's to be expected. The motel does not do the normal daily clean. If you want new sheets or your carpet vacuumed you have to ask the front desk for supplies between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm. But that's the trade off for not having the staff around all the time, and the maids snooping your room. I am all for this trade off. Last they did not trip on company in the room late...and that alone gets the GOOD rating. Big ok 👌for the Oak Motel....
