Oak Grand Motel

Due to losing my recent apartment I had to stay at the Oak Grand on route 1 & 9. I paid everyday and gave no problems!! So the owner told me this 1 morning that since I've been there 28 days I need to leave for 2 days. No explanation given but it was a shock to my system cause it was cold outside and I didn't know where to go, so while I'm crying my eyes out to him, he starts screaming at me accusing me of being entitled and that the rules shouldn't be for me. Very rude & so uncalled for...so i hope all of you whi needs a place to stay, go to the Budget Inn, rooms come with microwave and a mini fridge and that's another thing, yo gotta pay extra for that at the Oak Grand!!!

It was very relaxing and everything went well while I was there until I booked out

EDIT: Their prices went up last time I passed by (but didn't stay) by $10-$20 for each ones listed below. You're better off staying at an actual inn or hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else. EDIT: I was here again about a month ago, the person attending at the office (older woman) was very rude, unprofessional and made a simple process of getting a room so uncomfortable for me that I'll never stay here again. I know it's "you get what you pay for" but this woman really needs to learn some basic manners. If I could give it 0 stars I would. You get what you pay for. Bedding and towels get washed after every use; basic/decent cleaning is done to the rooms. Drawers/cabinets, some of the lamps are outdated and barely functional. The A/C units work just fine, they all have a heating set

You can stay if you like feinds!

The receptionist at this location is absolutely rude. Tried getting a room and was told I had to give her $3.00 in cash even though I was paying with my credit card. I declined the tv remote ( that’s supposedly what the $3.00 is for) I was told she’s not going to rent the room unless I paid the three dollars. Absolutely horrible service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Bedbugs and Spiders.
