Northway Inn Queensbury - Lake George

I want to give this place 0 stars but can't. RUN! This place needs to be condemned. Currently staying here on Government Assisted Living program and it is Bed Bug city over here!

rating this hotel a 1 star is beyond what it deserves!!! please DO NOT consider staying here!!! they have bed bugs, I am beyond mortified. I have bites all over and so do my children!! there are stains all over the walls, cigarette burns all over the bath tub, the faucets don't turn off the water, drug deals going down and people partying that seem to live there!!! if we weren't scared and also trapped into staying here because we would lose so much money for canceling last second we would have left but we drove 5 hours to get there!!! i am beyond mortified and the worst part is they won't refund anything for all these problems!!!!! we had to buy extra blankets just to sleep on the beds, I cannot even believe we did that. I am regretting it all now and wishing I would have canceled anyway

This was the not a very nice place!! First room we were given was still dirty from the previous guests!! The second there was a good inch of dirt in the bath tub!!! The faucets leaked in tub all night!! The bed tilted down hill!! No soap or any amenities!! There was loud noises the room smells!! If i could give lower stars I surly would!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at ! First night we got here a drunk guy is stumbling down driveway with no shoes on. Felt very unsafe! Most of the hotel is wood railings which looks old and could be a fire hazard. Get up to our room and there is a tobacco spit bottle right next to our door. Great right?. So we get in our room the floors are nice since we brought a dog but the rooms are very out dated. There was a blood stain on the wall.... and cum all over a picture frame. Just out right gross. This hotel looks like a hotel on a murder mystery show! Guess we got what we payed for but they could atleast be more clean. We didn’t even get room service...

If I could give zero stars, I would. It felt dirty, there was no soap, shampoo, or anything. The bath tub had rust marks and I didn't feel comfortable bathing my kids there. Customer service was okay though. But for the price, is stick with a known chain. $119 is too much for a shady supbar motel room
