Quality Inn Queensbury - Lake George Area

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions about nearby attractions. Our room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed - microwave, mini-fridge, strong WiFi, and a very comfortable bed. After long days exploring the Lake George area, coming back to a peaceful room made all the difference. Breakfast was convenient and saved us time each morning. It’s rare to find a place that balances affordability with comfort so well. I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or even solo travelers.

I was very surprised at the condition of the room. When I first walked into the room, there was a horrible smell, like a mix of weed and body odor. The soap dispenser was broken on the counter, there was dirt in the corners of the floor, the TV wouldn’t work correctly… After a long travel day, the only saving grace was that I was exhausted and fell asleep. On the plus side, the pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was also very minimal and was disappointing compared to other hotels that I have been.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room had a desk with chair along with another chair in the corner. The fridge and microwave were very old from the faded look but they worked. The air conditioner was quite noisy. ||The bathroom is in an odd location as it’s right at the middle of the bed. Lots of hot water, water pressure and towels. No elevator for those on the second floor. ||Unfortunately the power in the area went out at 6:30 am and we were leaving at 7:30 am. With no power there was no breakfast as they only had waffle maker and some bread/cereal. There were no muffins, pastries, yogurt or fruit that we could grab and go. So went without breakfast. ||The hotel is close to the outlet stores, restaurants, Walmart and Target.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Lake George and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The front desk staff were welcoming and made check-in quick and easy. I really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning, simple but satisfying before heading out for the day. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and just a short drive to the lake. For the price, the value is unbeatable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
