Friendly staff they go above and beyond to accommodate. Unfortunately they have to deal with some people who will never be happy and only try to get a free stay. Breakfast is great and a nice large area to enjoy it in. Pool was warm cleaned and stacked with towels. Weight room was clean and stacked with towels too! Location is super convenient. Very happy! And looking forward to seeing the new construction! If people are upset by a place expanding and cannot see past the construction and a small inconvenience they have more issues! Definitely stay here!

We’d like to say thank you to the staff at Home2 Suites by Hilton! We needed to book a night last minute, and the service we received was nothing short of OUTSTANDING—especially from Ava and Maegan. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Every area of the hotel was spotless, and we truly felt at home with the almost full kitchen in the room. We slept great—honestly, we may need the exact same bed at home (someone please tell Santa!). Everything was excellent: the breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed the heated pool. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

The rooms felt spacious, clean, and well designed for a relaxed stay. Breakfast offered plenty of options, which made mornings easy. Despite being a busy property, it was impressively quiet at night. Some areas were under construction and that wasn’t noted when booking, so clearer communication and steering guests away from the work zone would really enhance the experience.

A room with 2 Queen Beds was reserved. Upon arrival, I was given a room with 1 King and sofa. As this was not what was reserved, I asked for it to be corrected. The front desk worker, Val, was apologetic and explained that they were all booked and they had changed my reservation that day in error. This sleeping arrangement was not acceptable to me, so I asked to be placed at another Hilton property. Val called the manager, Elizabeth Bentley who declined my request, stating that there was a sofa in the room if I required separate beds. I asked to speak with her directly, and she told Val to relay that she was unavailable (despite him standing across the desk from me while talking to her on the phone).
