Indy Pass holder: to start, I arrived (later) during a pretty busy day, lots going on, and while I could sense some frustrations, I took the time to compliment a manager on the over flow and vibe, you could feel a good energy amongst the crowd and employees, and I had a good exchange with the ticketing gentleman. That would have been 5 stars, but I’m expressing some of my own disappointment, in hopes other don’t expect as I did, and/or maybe some practices/websites can update (shoot, even hours posted on the ticket window!)…easy fixes…first off, when your racers and coaches are loading, encouraging them to assist and take part in grouping to lift capacity would help flow. Very happy with the new trails. The conditions were very granular, fast, loud today. The new trails make you feel like your at a bigger mountain. There's lots of space to go fast, go off the main trails and a great tiny little lodge if needed. We always enjoy skiing here. Unfortunately there's never anyone in the retail shop and I've been declined twice now to get something. Told to go wait in the ticket line for a sticker with a child or sorry there's no one to help you. Come on... It seems like they could even sell stickers at the food counter. Missing out on a free advertising and left a sour taste for sure.

You can buy lift tickets here, so if you are an intermediate level skier, park here in this less crowded lot. The lodge is heated, has bathrooms and tables/chairs, but does not serve food or drink. So bring your own and you can store (honor system) inside here.

Great place to get warm, have something to eat, or use the restroom. Staff was friendly and there's plenty of areas to sit. Right next to the chair so it's a good place to take a break.

Hard to take away a star, but if you didnt know yet the bar is not open yet and food is coming but not yet. So bathrooms great, getting ready easy, this side of the mountain really doesnt open with the rest until later so crowds are lower but the chair here is currently slower too.
