Sleep Inn & Suites Queensbury - Lake George

Recently I've been spending a lot of time at various hotels and without a doubt this hotel was the best stay I've had in a very long time. The room was spacious, carpeted, and clean. The shower was fantastic and looked like the turbo lift on Star Trek. Towels were clean and soft. Beds were comfortable and we slept well as the place was very quiet with recessed room doors, carpeted hallways, and quiet hours. But best of all was the great breakfast they supply with a variety of both hot and cold choices as well as coffee, tea, milk, and juice. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back for sure.

My dad and I stayed here for a few nights during our ski trip. Everything was great, the rooms were clean, bathroom facilities were clean and water gets hot fast, soft and comfortable beds and pillows, even the little gym is nice if you want to move around a bit. The location is perfect, within walking distance of a huge Walmart, and a bunch of restaurants. The WiFi is fast, guest services is super kind even though we didn’t need any help during our stay. We will definitely be booking this hotel next year for our stay!

The hotel needs some tlc. There was lots of ice outside, not salted enough & sidewalks were not cleared properly. The elevator smelled like smoke & weed. We stayed in room 317 & the sink in the room was clogged, took forever for the water to go down. The toilet was very wobbly & unstable. The fan in the bathroom made a horrible noise when you turned it on. Only one tissue left in the box in our room. Also I found a black bug on my pillow in the bed. To say the least I was very disappointed with the hotel. I have stayed here before & it has really gone downhill. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. I told the desk staff all of the issues & they didn't seem the least concerned about it. This room was not worth the $118.88 that I paid for it. I should have been offered some money re

The front desk staff Sarah & Tiffany were so accommodating and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean so, a wonderful housekeeping staff as well. The breakfast was very good and the lady keeping it all together Heather was so quick and helpful to everyone. She was super quick to refill everything and help anyone who asked for anything. She kept the area spotless and boy it can get messy. The location of the hotel is great, near a lot of shopping and super close within 10 minutes of the heart of Lake George. The price of the hotel was also great. If you are looking for a budget friendly, clean hotel with a great staff, I highly recommend this place

Pool was second reason why I booked. Water was cold in pool for an adult. Kids would be okay with it though. Also the wall paper is coming off. Please take care of it before getting worse. Bed too hard, don't know if it was because of being put in a handicap room. One of us had a rough night. I don't think Id comeback. Customer service was good in the evening. The morning staff wasn't friendly. Our key didn't work in the morning, Front desk only set up one key. I know we will be leaving soon, however the staff didn't ask or explain the reason. Shower has not place to put our own soap or hang clothes. Room was clean, overall nice. Breakfast excellent.
