My Place Hotel-Redding CA

I was returning home after a week at Disneyland with 5 grandkids and my daughter. This place was amazing. We picked this hotel because it had a place to do our laundry. The front desk had enough quarters to get all of our laundry done. The room had a kitchenette. The kids had dinner and popcorn, and enough room for all of us. The hotel is new, so of course the place is spotless. Here is where the story goes beyond exceptional. We left, and about a month later I decided to call and see if my grandson's fanny pack was turned in to lost and found. IT WAS!! Kaveh was so helpful. I offered to pay to have it shipped, and he took care of it. It was sent to us via FedEx. The fanny pack was the thing he spent his Christmas money on, and there was a toy inside, and his leftover money! H

We booked our room through expedia and paid through that website. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was pouring rain. I was with my 10yr old son, and my 7yr old daughter. Both kids were drenched and we came to check in between games. |When we came in, the girl working the front desk said that we needed to pay for our room before we could get into it. I showed her the transaction from expedia that showed they took $190 out of our account for the room. They even had our name on the registration. She called her manager and the manager said we had to pay again. WTF! Absolutely not. The last time this happened we paid for the room twice and never got refunded from either the hotel or expedia. ||So both my kids are standing in the lobby dripping wet, cold, and now they need to us

My Place Hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the in-room kitchenette, which added a lot of convenience and made the stay more comfortable. The hotel was quiet, well organized, and easy to relax in. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk agent went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She truly made me feel at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional throughout. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with top-notch hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Place is a joke. Booked and paid for this place. They tried charging us twice. Refused to let us get our room. So we tried to cancel it. Still charged us and we didn’t get our room. My 7 yr old daughter had to use the restroom in which they said their restroom was out of order. Ok that’s fine. So while waiting to figure out this debacle, my 7yr old is about to pee her pants, I ask again if there’s a toilet anywhere she can use, I don’t know open a room up, she is 7. Told us to go to Popeyes chicken. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
