My Place Hotel-Plainfield, IN

Arrived here late after a very long drive to be met with Denise at the front desk. Denise was very helpful and welcoming which made checking in (without a reservation) a breeze. The room was better than expected, with a kitchen, and for a fair price. Everything was clean and quiet and the area is full of everything you'll need within reach. They have hot coffee 24/7 by the reception desk for free, and a variety of snacks, drinks, and "ready-meals" you can purchase if you don't feel like going out or waiting for a delivery. Business, pleasure, or just passing by like we did - this is a budget friendly, all you need kind of place.

My Place Hotel in Plainfield is a perfect stop for an overnight stay or an extended stay. Rooms are quiet and spacious with a comfortable bed and comfortable easy chair. A small kitchenette is especially convenient for extended stays (including two stovetop burners and a built-in microwave oven). Bathrooms are also roomy with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers provided. There is no free breakfast, but breakfasts are available for purchase, and restaurants are close by.

The location is very nice. I feel safe everytime. There’s plenty of restaurants and stores near by. The rooms are very nice, clean and up to date. Beds are soft yet you can not even feel the other person getting out. Very comfy. Well with the money. Never too pricy. Reasonable. The front counter gentleman made me fresh hot decaf coffee with a smile. He didn’t grunt like I was bothering him. I’m big on customer service and he was great.

Positive: Good location, good room. Negative: The fridge cooling was turned off without any indication. Had to switch on after a day once realized. And lobby could be brighter.

Excellent customer service. The desk clerk was super helpful on local dinner places. Clean room and in fact the room had similar amenities as a long-term stay hotel. Great value for the price paid. I’ll stay here again in the future.
