I recently stayed at this location for 5 weeks. At first the manager seemed very helpful and all, though after a short time things began to unravel. There were three of us in a room. For starters the toilets are horrible and took multiple flushes to work properly. Then one day the toilet overflowed and they did not stock each bathroom with toilet plungers. We had spoken with one of the employees who was very helpful in adressing this issue. The next morning I had stopped by the office to request house keeping to come through and was told by the manager it was our job and that he wouldnt be sending house keeping. This resulted in me calling corporate as it was a major health and safety issue. Immediately following my call to corporate house keeping was sent up to help and was a complete lif

I really like this place. There have been some bad reviews. Most of them were either expecting a whole lot for nothing, or were just simply snobs. This place is not a fancy hotel suite. This place is made to accomidate children or adults with kids. Or if your traveling and needing an extended stay. Your not going to everyday room service. Your not getting breakfast in bed. Your not getting a short order cook. And your bed made for you every morning. You make your own breakfast with your own stove, kitchen, cabinets, thats provided in your very own room. And you can wash your own laundry , towels, rags etc. in the laundry room thats also provided on the first floor. And there are 4 and 5 star resturants that do dine in or delievery one block away. So as far as my review. The staff are nice.

Be aware of location no security overnight. Lots of great people but also lots of randoms. Not a bad place but lots of sketchy people. Also lots of great people part of why I said be aware. Rooms aren't the most up to date, but come in handy when in a pinch. Staff only there 8 hrs, police presence is huge.
