Comfort Inn Plainfield - Indianapolis Airport

We used this hotel during Christmas Break for our grandkids to go swimming during the day. Wish the pool had been warmer so we could have stayed longer. The hotel is clean and well kept. Reservation and Front desk staff very accommodating.

My family and I stayed a week. It was 4 females mainly over 50, mom in walker. The staff were nice and very professional. They were helpful, clean, inside pool. It has guest laundry plus continental breakfast. It has within walking distance a Macdonald that's 24 hours, a speedway gas station. Crackle barrel, Harley shop, a restaurant to drink and here music on weekends. They have about 8 surrounding hotels and right next to the interstate. You're close enough to target and other shopping centers about 15 minutes away. Housekeeper gave items requested and never left us without. My mother is cold and I'm hot so even tho extra blankets were brought we needed another. The front desk was so kind to give me one for her. I made sure it was returned. Seriously one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Our door into the room didn’t latch the first night. Nobody fixed it until the next morning. Door to the bathroom wouldn’t latch. And the adjoining room door wouldn’t lock. Our one year old found a wine cooler lid left behind by the cleaners (not ours!) and stuck it into his mouth. We also found another alcoholic bottle lid and a nose ring left behind by the cleaners as well. Lastly, our room was infested with ants. Overall terrible experience. All the manager could do was make excuses and gave no solutions to any of this.

I booked several rooms at this hotel for friends and family. Sunday am between 2:30 and 6am my grandsons truck was STOLEN from the parking lot!!!! Absolutely NO surveillance cameras in the parking lot! Why?? There were plenty of cameras inside and also we were told a similar incident happened 2 weeks prior. How do you think our stay was?

Positive: Nothing. I was very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a room with a bed and a couch that folds out into a bed, but there were no sheets, or blankets for the bed. I had to ask. Negative: The coffee I had in the morning was lukewarm
