Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis Airport, an IHG Hotel

We always enjoy staying at this Holiday Inn Express. The shower was not working in the room we were given. After calling front desk, we were given a different room and the shower worked perfectly! The thermostat needs to be better. The temperature is hard to get at a certain point. Put the thermostat at 68 for night sleeping the air conditioning kicks on. You have to turn the thermostat to 73 or higher before the heat goes on and then its too hot! So, we turned it off! The breakfast was good and Nancy was a very good hostess!!

Stayed for one night because they advertised on their app that a guest could leave a vehicle for free up to 10 days if traveling. ||Except when I let them know we would be doing that with one car, the front desk employees said their “policy had changed” and there was a daily fee. ||So, I opened the app and showed them that it said there was no charge for 10 days. Nope - Didn’t matter.||Even today, 3 months later, the app for the hotel does not reflect a parking fee for leaving a car. I think they were trying to shake ppl down for extra $.||My rating is ENTIRELY based on this experience.

We stayed from Thursday through Sunday morning. The location was away from the airport, so there was no noise from planes. The room was clean and comfortable, except when the temperature dropped.. The thermostat was confusing to set, so the temperature was uncomfortable until we were able to get it to change the second night. There were functioning ice machines on all three floors. There was a choice to not have your room cleaned, and earn extra points if you put a card on your door. We did not put the card on our door, but never had a cleaning during the whole stay. We finally had to go to the desk to get some fresh towels, since three of us were taking showers nightly. There was no reduction in rates for lack of cleaning. I don't think I got any extra points, either, since I did not hang

The rooms here are average. We had a handicap accessible room with a less than desirable sliding bathroom door. I only mentio. It because I slammed my fingers...The service was fantastic, and between the accommodations provided by the front desk and the "o so friendly" kitchen staff, headed by Ms. Nancy, made our hotel stay really awesome.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable as always. Nancy was the icing on the cake! She ran the breakfast room like the family dining table. Making us all feel special. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
