Hampton Inn Indianapolis-SW/Plainfield

I had a pretty good experience at this hotel. The staff is very nice and the rooms are very clean. You can tell housekeeping is on top of their game here. The rooms are basic. Large TV, fridge, microwave, all worked. Maybe a little out of date but I don't need many bells and whistles so no biggie. I am not a fan of overhead shower heads and the one in my room kept leaking but that's my only complaint. Above all, this hotel is quiet. I'm a light sleeper and usually don't get much rest at hotels but I think this one is just far enough from the city and the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by this, and I think I'd stay again if given the opportunity.

We had a great one night stay on our way to Missouri. It was pouring rain & we appreciated having a covered parking area in front to check in and to unload our luggage. We then moved our car to the regular lot when we were done. That lot is not covered. Helen was very nice at check in. Our room had a king bed, a safe, a large dorm fridge and a microwave. It was quiet at night too. The pool looked inviting but we didn't use it. In the morning, there was a nice breakfast buffet. After we were on the road for maybe 30 minutes, my husband remembered he left his jacket in the closet. I called the front desk and asked if they would check our room to see whether the jacket was there. It was. We then asked if they could hold it for a week so we could pick it up on our return tr

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Meeting room hosts a church service every Sunday and we attend everytime we stay in town. Perfect place to stay

Very loud! Both due to location (there was seemingly a lot of construction) as well as just generally- the room made a lot of noises from the heater, the water running through the pipes in the walls, and just general creaking. If you’re a light sleeper you might have trouble here, but overall they were clean and the staff was very nice.
