MY HOME & SUITES MADISON

Paid for 2 nights, the key cards stopped working at 10am the 2nd morning and house keeping came at 11 and kicked us out and said if we didn’t leave they were calling “security”.( The paper on the door says room service is at 12) and not sure the room number but there were 3 small girls maybe 4-5 years old standing in the window beating on it and pushing each other into the window up stairs, the rooms were nice but room service was terrible and unprofessional.

This place is in renovations. Let's start there. This used to be a very badly maintained red roof motel. The furnishings reflect that. The rooms were badly in need of updating and they are actively in process of that as well as getting themselves properly staffed. So we know it's not the most eye pleasing it could be. Let's move on. It is clean. The bed is big and so comfortable. The shower is a strong hot spray. And it is clean! The gentleman running the front desk is actually there. Everytime I've come through the lobby, there is someone there, and to be honest, I work odd hours so no telling when I may be coming through. They've brought safety up, doors are locked and guests must enter through the lobby. All the exterior lights are working and thats appreciated. It's so much quieter h

Run by the most Hospitable staff. They go out of there way to accommodate the guest’s needs, even after hiurs. The rooms are decent and currently going through a remodel. At the price point offered , its a great stay for the money

It's a great place to stay great people there rooms are clean spotless and there is no drama there. I love staying there they have treated me and my babies and my husband like we r there family they will help u with anything u need .

Absolutely disgusting!! Turned around and left as soon as I walked in the room. Didn't even worry about getting a refund. This place should be condemned!
