Pros: Customer service was adequate and everyone was kind, but not necessarily super welcoming. However, when I had issues with ladybugs, they were very prompt and handled the issue. The room selected was beautiful and very large. It’s one of my favorite rooms I’ve stayed in which says a lot since I spent 80 nights traveling last year for work. The building was clean and well-maintained.

Nice place to stay. We were heading home from business in Macon. With few places to choose from we were somewhat skeptical but so glad we stopped. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. Our room was initially warm so we consulted the front desk. The attendant come right away and showed us the restart. Room cooled off great. We had a full breakfast the next morning including the signature cinnamon rolls. The breakfast bar was so clean and neat. There were few people staying which might explain it. The cheese omelet was warm but the turkey sausage room temp but it mattered little to me. The cleaning staff is zealous about turning the room when you leave but it was just fine with me|

They have bed bugs in room 323. We notified the host at the front desk and left immediately. I think it's best we get managements attention. No one should experience this. Please, do something. Kids will be there and should not be bitten violently while they sleep or sit in an office chair.
