Quality Inn Madison

The front desk clerk, black lady, is awesome. She's always been so pleasant every time we stay here. She needs a raise for sure for that reason and she's been there awhile now. We enjoy staying every time we stay here. Rooms are always clean and never had any problems. Cracker Barrel is across from the hotel and can walk too.

Positive: Location. Negative: The electrical wiring in the room did not work at the sink area. No light, blow dryer would not work. Drain in sink was clogged. Big items that the hotel must have been aware and rented the room anyway.

Professionally decorated and landscaped, which really shows. The walls and woodwork are all professionally painted and very clean! Everything in the room was in good working order. It's right behind a Cracker Barrel, so a great dinner is fifty feet away. Breakfast was perfect for me: grab a sausage biscuit, heat it up, and run. The only issue: I forgot my Kindle at home, though, but hey, that's my bad!

It’s a quality inn not a Hilton so if u want Hilton go there. But if you want a comfortable stay at a reasonable price u are good here. Front desk lady was nice, rooms were comfortable, very hot shower with good water pressure and jimmy dean breakfast sandwich yogurt and waffles for breakfast. If im coming through here again I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay

I woke up 3 hours into my stay to a roach crawling in my arm. My family couldn’t sleep again after that so we left. Will not come back. $109 for 3 hours. Hope you feel good about that.
