Hampton Inn Madison

Very nice room although there was a lot of gaps around the door to inside hallway. Lots of eating places nearby and close to the interstate. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We'll probably stay here again.

Rooms and lobby clean and fresh. Excellent front desk staff...helpful and friendly. Easy check-in and room selection online. This hotel goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and comfortable guest experience.

Positive: Nice breakfast Negative: Bed was extremely used. Not comfortable unless you lay across Cover had a stain on it a different the couch was springy very used.

Rooms were typical for a Hampton. Relatively clean minus the under the beds and behind the furniture stuff that housekeeping always seems to miss but yet my service dog seems to always find. Things like hair ties, m&ms, candy, clothing tags, etc. You never know its there until your service dog sniffs it out and brings it to you... but this happens in EVERY HOTEL we go to and we sleep in hotels 300 days out of the year!!!. Just seems like housekeeping anywhere doesn't know how to look under beds behind furniture or curtains. Other than that the walls are a little thing you can hear people talking in the room next to you or across the hall. Anyone in the hallway you can hear as well. Then the parking lot. Please for the love of God fix the lights in the parking lot! Its like being in a strob

Had a bad experience with Sarah the front desk manager. She was rude and very confrontational about me using the restroom and making some tea while charging my Tesla. She raised her voice when I told her she would be reported to management .
