Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Madison

The stay was great from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

I stayed here on a business trip and I had to write a review because it was excellent service by Sue, excellent stay, quiet, comfortable, and peaceful. It’s a new hotel so I was kind of nervous when I pulled up and saw three cars but it was definitely a pleasant stay and I informed other co-workers so when they are in the area they can take advantage of the location to one of our sister properties.

Beautiful brand new building, great location near (but not right next to) the interstate, helpful staff, close to Madison's historic district. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending for friends.

We recently stayed at this newly opened Marriott in Madison and experienced two basic issues that need attention. The shower water never reached a properly hot temperature — it was lukewarm at best. Additionally, there was no water offered at breakfast. When I asked, I was told none was available. I take medication that requires water and have never experienced a hotel breakfast without it. Bottled water was behind the desk and was provided, but with noticeable hesitation. As a Titanium Elite member, I stay frequently within the Marriott brand and expect consistent hospitality standards. Hot showers and access to water at breakfast are foundational guest expectations. I hope management addresses this quickly, as the property has potential.
