This is the saddest situation I’ve ever seen. The city of Dallas needs to do something about this they need to come in and shut this situation down. All it is is a breeding ground for crime, I didn’t even care about the money I paid I just left. It’s totally unrealistic to think about sleeping in a place like this.

I guess if you need to get a quick place to sleep for cheap when passing through 🤷🏾‍♀️

Strictly a last resort kind of place. First off I walk in the room to find a dope baggie on the floor from previous tenant. No hot water. No towels. No signal on Television just a black screen and a door that offers very little peace of mind. The lever for the toilet was not connected lose so wouldn’t flush and when I opened the top lid to see what was wrong found a stash of used crack pipes… At $75 a night definitely not worth it. If it was possible to give no stars…

Nasty bed bugs infestation. Sheets had blood stains on them. Prostitutes in and out every 10 min. No phone fridge or microwave in the room. No hot water in the shower. Disgusting place, I rather stay a night in a cell in jail and get better treatment. Warning stay away!!!!!!!!!

For many homeless with pet(s) this is a safe haven. For myself; this saved me and my 4 furkids from being homeless. All pets need to be on harness and leashed. Safety is on the pet owner. Rent is reasonable as compared for pet fee but rather is included in rental flat rate.
