Moxy Allentown Downtown I am here until 2 but had to stop and share because this place is an absolute vibe. From the moment you walk in the hotel feels playful stylish and intentionally different in the best way. The animal theme is gorgeous and whimsical with carousel tiger energy bold art and framed animal portraits with actual viewfinders you can look through. It is interactive clever and genuinely fun. The lobby feels more like a cool lounge than a hotel complete with a sultry fortune teller setup and cozy fire pits. There is a great outdoor area that would be amazing in warmer weather but sadly there was too much snow during our stay. Even so the atmosphere inside was warm and inviting. This is one cool, artistic hotel with a vibrant and comfortable aesthetic.||Right in the heart of the city, Moxy is a boutique property within walking distance of anything and everything. ||The hotel staff, including the valets, are wonderful, engaging, and helpful people. Same with the bartenders and kitchen staff. Everyone's fantastic. Special recognition for LeeMarilyn at check-in, Laurie at the bar, and the phenomenal Miguel who is one exceptional valet.||Art abounds, in every nook and cranny with sweeping themes from animals to the circus to fortune telling and to an array of warm colors.||Even in our excellent, spotless room, which was above the "Moxy" sign, the cool themes carried over. This is based solely on the bar in the lobby! This is a trendy and instagrammable bar 10/10 for looks! I went looking for good drinks - I thought a bar with this type of decor would have some trendy / cool drinks! They had average drinks, and I didn't like anything on the menu. I requested a Moscow Mule - they were out of ginger beer and tried to substitute it with club soda and let me try it to see if I'd like it. It was terrible - the bartender felt so bad he didn't charge me for it and then I just stuck with a beer. I did hold onto the mule so I could take a picture with it. Then, we were able to move around from the bar all around the lobby. I would give 5 stars but I notice there no snacks at the bar. I would like, maybe chips and salsa or some salty peanuts snack while we drink. Laura is my favorite bartender I come weekly to chat with her with friends. She makes our drink perfect. If someone doesn’t like anything she makes sure it’s rectified. Love her. The atmosphere is so nice so classy. You’d love it. I just want something to snack on free while we enjoy our selfs.

Check in was smooth with the assistance of front desk agent Aaron. Greeted with vibrant and warming energy inside. Upon arrival the bar is behind the desk and you get one complimentary drink of choice with a token. Valet service was above and beyond. Thank you, Miguel for being so kind and showing great service and hospitality. Rooms were accurate in looks and sizing. Shower was very nice. Only sad that I don’t get the city view. But I love the ambience of the place. Definitely staying here again!!
