Motel 6 Waxahachie, TX

Rooms were clean, but if you are stuck in hotel for awhile. There is no access for your firestick, tv has limited channels no fox channels, many channels have audio with no video. Check with Expedia app and Motel 6 app for price check. Clean, comfortable room.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I will never ever again stay at Motel 6. Due to personal reasons I'm now living in hotels. I made a reservation for a whole week and they canceled my reservation because they were overbooked. Not only did they cancel my reservation they also kept my $573, claiming they didn't charge me. Making an already bad situation even more stressful. I could have stayed there this week and save the $150. But I refuse. I'd rather pay more than to ever give them another dime.

Room was clean. The shower head was crusty and there was a hole in the wall behind the toilet. There was only one partial roll of toilet paper. No tissues. Just hand soaps. Pillows were thinner than the ones at a doctor's office and less comfortable. AC worked great but noisy. Bright light outside shining into room. Walls were paper thin; could hear everything from the next room. Bed was pretty comfortable and didn't have any weird smells. TV was small but it had HBO. Definitely not the worst place to stay after going to Scarborough Faire.

We drove in to go to races got there at 300 am every thing online said 65.00 . There was a phone number on door a man came to door I ask if he had any room he said yes 100.plus tax check out is 11am I asked why the price was so different from online he said I dont know being tired I just said ok next morning checking out I asked for a receipt it said 80.00 so I asked why I was charged 100.00 cash and still had to give a credit card. He just said taxes so I told him I will need a receipt that show that he said he was new and didn't know how to print that and gave me back 20.00 cash the tv in room didn't work it would turn on but that was it. Won't stay there again not very honest people

1. Bottom of door ripped caught my leg every time I came in or out. Not what i would expect for a $100.00 per night room. 2. Poor wattage on light bulbs, difficult to see in room. 3. No lighting outside around 9 pm and because of this tripped trying to find ice machine. 4. Since no room directions had to call front desk to get directions to ice machine. 5. Refrigerator did not stay on all night and $250.00 of medication ruined. Water all over that I had to clean up. 6. Poor choice of TV channels. 7. Front desk clerk kept calling my service dog(wearing his vest and notification) a PET even after being corrected several times. Made me sign several pet policy forms. 8. Location was great. Dog potty area was nicely done except for all the trash and small grills they allowed long term
