Positive: The staff that helped and made it possible so that she can get sleep and be out the cold until her bus ride 6 hours and a half away from that state and city! Negative: Pricing was excessive especially for the discounts and rates that was offered

There was no food available as I had to leave at 5 AM, and the coffee/snacks does not open until 7 AM. The service was okay, it seem as though I was "bothering" the fellow at the front desk by checking in. He was seemly preoccupied and rushed me along. The new lobby looked nice, last time I was there it was still under construction.The day was extremely hot, in the high nineties and high humidity. There were NO ice machines available. The air conditioner in my room was filthy and most of the buttons weredented in and unusable, the air conditioner worked but was producing seemingly "wet" or "moist" air, it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep plus the fact thatI could not get any ICE for water. An absolutely disgusting room. Stepped inside and it reeked of mildew and some other gross cleaning agent. There were stains everywhere. The floor was not swept, and there were burn marks on the counter of the sink. Try to get money back an hour after checking in and immediately not going into the room and sitting in the parking lot, trying to find another alternative and the woman at the front desk lied and said I had been there for two hours and she would have to talk to her manager. When I asked what the timestamp was when she thought I had gotten in, she did not know. She gave me a fake phone number for the manager. This is a total scam! The hallway felt incredibly unsafe. Came with my kids and got the room with 2 beds. Very spacious, clean, staff very friendly, housekeeping comes routinely daily. Room has mini fridge, counters and affordable.

Do not trust this motel 6 I have been a customer for Motel 6 for a very long time. My job requires me to travel a lot, and I like Motel 6 for their honesty but this time it changed my mind … this Motel 6 charge me without using a room charge me $78 for not using their room that never put my foot in. I talked to the customer service. Customer service told me they didn’t charge me nothing I go to this hotel and they tell me that it’s not his problem they charged me to call customer service so now this person has been back-and-forth trying to scam me and he did. He really did scam me for no reason I tried to talk to him right he got angry and mad telling me that he was gonna call lawyers and everything only because I felt he charged me for no reason he told me it was his job to hold the room
