Motel 6 Peoria, IL

While traveling cross country with our 2 dogs we stopped here for a night. We found a nice room with a refrigerator and microwave. No morning coffee due to COVID. 2 beds/2 people on a Wed night = $52 + $7 tax. If in the area I probably would stay again, finding this to be an OK property. I had no complaints

Good price for Motel 6. Really not bad for this money

I was quoted 61 on the app with my dogs. After arriving the lady stated that the price wasn't right as they charge per person and pet which equaled out to 120 which is not motel 6 policy. Then proceeded to tell me I had to supply cash for a deposit. I asked her to put it on my debit card and she said No we keep it if we see smoking. Again I said. Use my debit card and absolutely demanded I hand her 50 bucks with no proof I gave it to her. Stay far away

This place is a dump. The room had a roach infestation and the sheets was dirty with red stains all over it. Had a pizza that I left on the table for 5 minutes and came back there was roaches in my pizza. The front desk didn’t do anything about it but move me to another room. No reimbursement back for my dinner that was ruined from roaches all in the room. Plus it was a lady who was like stalking us. Everytime I opened my door she was right outside and would walk away as soon as I opened it and then would just stare like she knew that room wasn’t right! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
