Motel 6 Murfreesboro, TN

This was one of the easiest hotel reservations I’ve made in over 30 years of traveling. The husband-and-wife team who manage reservations and guest services were exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help make the stay comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the hot shower was exactly what I needed after a long day — or even for a quick in-and-out while exploring Nashville. Overall, a very pleasant, efficient, and stress-free stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

I come through the area very often and felt the need to leave a review on this particular motel. I absolutely love the staff here. I am picky of staff and their conduct lol. The one thing I can always look forward to is a smile and the staff actually caring. They’ve treated me the same since my first day and I’ve stayed here over 50 times now and not went anywhere else. The rooms are updated and very comfortable. There are many motels to choose from that are next to this one of which I have tried all of them And always come back to this motel. If you’re staying in the area or passing through, I highly recommend going with this motel being the staff are awesome, the rooms are comfortable, and the rates are better than all of the others. Test it and you’ll find out my review is on point.😁

Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by its modern and inviting ambiance. Despite its budget-friendly rates, the room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy bed provided a restful night's sleep, while the sleek design and thoughtful touches added a touch of luxury to the space.

Our experience with this Motel 6 was extremely unfair, stressful, and unacceptable. On Friday night, we booked and paid for a room. Due to confusion on their end, we were required to pay again, using money we truly did not have. My brother then tried to help us by paying for additional nights over the phone. Despite this, we were later told we could not stay for Sunday night because my name was not on the card, forcing us to pay yet again just to keep the room. By Monday, I asked about the room my brother had already paid for. The owner said he would “check into it,” while we were waiting on mail from our lawyer so we could pay for Monday and Tuesday if the credit was not applied. That credit was never honored. At 4:00 PM, during one of the coldest storms Tennessee has seen, we were kicked

What can I say, you get what you pay for. For less than $100 a night you get a horrible uncomfortable mattresses, flat pillows, blankets with burn holes in them, a door that doesn't close all the way with a gap that let's cold air in and you have to fight with its dead bolt to get it to lock, really dirty floors, and a TV that's super blurry on every single channel. You'll also run into people outside asking for cigarettes or a lighter. Will definitely not go to this hotel again.
