Motel 6 Modesto, CA

I Paid 2 times for the same day to this location WAAAY BACK ON MARCH 30 2025 and am still being given the runaround about my refund. Ive called for months. Spoke to Booking.com as I booked online but the hotel systems were down so they had me pay directly with a different card. I have submitted invoices showing both payment for the same date and yet the hotel and BOOKING.COM still say oops your call was dropped. I was told the proof was valid and that the refund would be issued I n 9-15 BDays. That was on 9/13 and today is 11/1. I just called for an hour and a half again explain and oops dropped call. After she said she can see that the evidence is there and valid. Dont stay here. The hotel has both payments but will not release. Booking.com has the proof and will not release my refund. Ju

So my family and I have been staying here. The staff have become like family. They are very good of my son their kid friendly. Third dog friendly third dog friendly. I would recommend this place 100%. Nothing is perfect. But this place is perfect for us. The swimming pool,. Amazing

Stayed here for a while. Bobbie is so good to me and my wife. She always make sure when something happens to take care of it. Pablo is always checking on the rooms and making sure to take care of any people hanging around that shouldn’t be here. Sylvia is so nice and Monique has made a huge difference as a manager here. Thanks for the great stay :)
