Motel 6 Kokomo, IN

The location is fine. The problem is the front desk girl gave my name to 2 police officers who came to tell me I have a warrant. I let them know I've never been to this state. They had to run my birthday to prove it wasn't me. Shame on you for telling them anything about me I had done nothing. Boo.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. Negative: The hotel reeked of smoke odors. We were given a double room instead of the king reserved. The vinyl plank flooring in the bathroom was black from mold underneath the floor. Had to wash even my clean stuff at home to get rid of the smells! Awful!

I had an amazing experience at this Motel 6. Check-in was quick and easy, my room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. Also, the manager Tanna at the front desk was truly one of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met. I had a bad day before coming in and her warm, hospitable demeanor instantly brightened my day. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and an affordable one, so I will definitely be staying here again!

We have recently started staying at this hotel quite a bit. It’s nothing special, but it’s cheap. This afternoon we were sitting in their parking lot for a bit. I was googling room prices for Motel 6, trying to find the cheapest deal, and my husband was lying down in the driver seat. The (what I assume) maintenance man popped up and knocked loudly on our window. My husband rolled down the window and he sternly told us we can’t just sit here. We were both startled and just said we would leave, then we left. We weren’t causing any issues. We frequent this hotel often, but this will affect our decision in the future.

Hello cockroaches! And they only offer a 40 dollar refund for it too. Even if you take them the roach in a cup they could care less.. Highly disappointed and disgusted... Was told to sit our towels out in the hall for new ones and they sat there until we left, smells of smoke, weed, and cat pee and anytime you called the desk there was no one answering. Walk up to the desk and they're all sitting outside the door smoking cigarettes right behind the desk making the whole lobby smell like an ashtray. We knew people who had to go buy scent plug ins for their rooms....
