Baymont by Wyndham Kokomo

I can't begin to express how great of an experience we had during our t day stay at the Baymont. From the beginning, I prepurchased the reservation on Priceline. Upon arriving, I learned that I have put the wrong dates in. The maintenance man, who was doubling in desk duty helped facilitate removing the wrong dates and setting up the proper ones. The toilet tank seal was malfunctioning. Amy in housekeeping arrange for the repair and made sure we had fresh towels and empty trash DAILY. Since Covid most hotels expect that we will reuse our towels for the balance of the stay. The hot breakfast, tho basic, was well stocked. For the $, the facilities are a bit dated and in need of updating, but the staff was beyond excellent. After we left, I was missing a phone. Chris looked through

This hotel is disgusting. When we pulled in there weren't any cars in the parking lot. It smelt very musty. The pool was broken so it was closed. The elevator doesn't stop on the second floor so we had to lug our stuff up two flights of stairs. There was no coffee or breakfast ready when we left out the next morning. All the carpets were severely stained. The shower was peeling. The lights were hanging loose from the ceiling. The ac was a window unit taped to the wall. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the young man who checked us in.

Positive: Breakfast Negative: The pool wasn't filled all the way it had nasty stuff In the bottom of it I had to put a 50 deposit on hotel it been almost 20 days still not received it back and I left all the towels and everything so yeah this trip was really bad

Our stay was almost a month. Our Room was very nice and comfortable. Very clean and smelled wonderful! The Hotel staff were very welcoming, and attentive to our needs!! Kim, Mick, and Amy, made our stay stress free

The hotel is recently renovated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you just need a place for the night at a great rate this is it. The hallways could be lit up better. Great lighting in the rooms from the large windows. The breakfast is enough to fill your stomach but it has a limited variety, even for an included breakfast. If coming to town and just need a place for the night this hotel will meet your needs.
