Courtyard by Marriott Kokomo

I stayed at this hotel for three weeks for work. I had exceptional and excellent customer service by April! I had a minor issue and she immediately helped me and resolved it. She went above and beyond to help. She is dedicated to her job and to all her customers. The staff is friendly. The hotel is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. I felt safe. Close to many restaurants.

Positive: quiet Negative: No breakfast. advertise happy hour, no happy hour. no soap or shower cap at sink . dirty door wall and balcony . we stayed 5 days, 4 nights. never made bed or brought us any coffee for 4 days.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Kokomo for 3 nights and, unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. My stay was marred by a series of issues that highlighted significant gaps in the hotel's service.||From the outset, there was an unpleasant smell in our room upon check-in on the first night. The hotel staff did respond promptly and sprayed the room with a freshener, but this was merely a temporary fix. Despite agreeing to forgo cleaning on the following day, we returned late on the second night to find the smell had worsened, particularly around the bed closest to the window. Stayed here while visiting family locally. We checked in on Christmas Day and everything was nice and staff was friendly. Did not know this before but they are also dog friendly! Good to know for future travels!

Great experience here! Good people to take care of you. Pretty quiet for the most part. Nice back courtyard and a grill that actually works well. Give it a shot.
