Positive: "" Negative: The room we stayed in was very musty with high humidity and the floor carpeting was damp. The mattress was due to be changed out as it was worn out and not comfortable. The property could use an updating as the structure has the making of a premier hotel.

Overall my stay here was excellent! I was immediately greeted by Tracy with a warm smile and a warm welcome and got checked in right away with no problems. Hotel was VERY clean and VERY decorated for the Christmas Season, which made it a very inviting environment. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was very hot and pressurized which was nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh and had lots of options to choose from. Overall, this will be the place I stay when I come back to town. Can't say enough!

Worst hotel and customer service we’ve ever experienced. Our group checked into our rooms and immediately left due to the state of the property. I have spent 7 months trying to get my money back, and no luck. Let the photos speak for themselves:

I've stayed here countless times for business. The location is good, the rooms are clean, but I need to highlight the staff. Tracy in particular has been exceptional. She consistently provides outstanding service. She always greets me with a smile and treats for my dog. She even went above and beyond when there was a youth football team staying in the hotel who were unpleasantly loud. She did her best to be polite and professional to them while making sure the rest of us were not disturbed. She handled a tough situation with grace. I look forward to coming back here because of the friendliness, kindness and professionalism of Tracy. Thank you!

Small rooms and dated decor. Staff is rude and not helpful. Every question asked the answer was no. Can u turn off the fireplace in the lobby as it is hot in the common area. Answer: No. Can we checkout an half hour later. Answer:no. Pool is closed for 6 months to fix but no one working on it. Exercise room is the size of a closet with no dumbbells and 1 of the 3 machines are out of order.
