Motel 6 Irving, TX - Irving DFW Airport East

The only reason I give this place a star is at least the front desk guy was nice. Besides that, it sucked. There was no shampoo at all. Every hotel I've been to at least has shampoo. There were no bowls nor plates at all despite the room having a kitchenette. There are also folks who literally live here. I could see plants in people's windows and other stuff in their rooms. The place also had a literal plunger in the courtyard. I wish I was making that up but it's true. The place also had several stray cats. At least they were cute. The doors looked dirty as well and trash bags full of garbage were just placed out of people's rooms. Seriously, just stay away from the place. It may be cheap, but it's like they say: you get what you pay for.

PSA : rooms are infested with BED BUGS , baby mice , fleas , roaches . I’ve been bitten several times . Reported to office and only thing the manager Nilla has to say is oh your not the first to report bed bugs in our rooms just check out today so we can spray . Are you kidding me ? That’s your response like this is just normal. This is over the top for me seriously . Asked Nilla to speak to head manager and she had 1000+ excuses on why I couldn’t talk to nobody other then her . I’ve uploaded pictures of ants in their rooms , the bedbug that was on me this morning , etc .

My friends and boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel one night on Oct 19, we got a king size bed with a kitchen and a full sized fridge. I had no issues with our room other than a black stain on our sheet, it looked like pen/marker or make up. Our A/C worked great and Local cable TV. Our friends in the other hand, had a bad experience since one of the sheets had a red stain which one can assume the worst. The office people were nice and let us check out late, so I had not many complaints on our end. Well lighted area, but there is people hanging around outside at night. Don’t know if they stay there or not.

Great spot if you’re rolling with friends or just want to chill! The laundry’s on point (yeah, gotta stay fresh), plus there's a pool — perfect for kicking back or pre-game vibes. Plenty of parking, so no stress about where to leave your ride. We had a good time, met cool people, and the vibes were solid. Not 5-star fancy, but definitely gets the job done. Would hit it up again for sure!
