Motel 6 Irving, TX - DFW Airport North

I was placed in this hotel by American Airlines as they caused me to miss my connecting flight. As a woman traveling alone, I was initially concerned about safety, but the hotel itself felt decent and secure. The rooms and location were what you would expect from a 3-star / budget airport hotel — nothing luxury, but clean, acceptable, and fine for a short stay. What truly stood out positively was the front desk staff. One employee showed real urgency and care when there was an issue with the shuttle and went out of his way to help, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was a complete disaster. Despite having a scheduled pickup, I was left behind because the shuttle was “full.” When another shuttle arrived, the driver was extremely aggressive, yelled at the fron

American Airlines put us there after they messed up our connection. Very Nasty!! If it hadn’t been Midnight and having to be back at the airport at 5AM, I would have paid up not have to sleep there. We thought “O Well” at least we can shower before we go back to the airport. nope, shower didn’t work, took a wash cloth bath at the sin, heard others had broken showers too! I wouldn’t ever stay again even if it was free!!! Nothing but a microwave in the lobby. Not much in the vending machine either! Ask for Shampoo, gave us ketchup size packets! Horrible Horrible Nasty Hotel, hope I don’t get bed bugs!!

Used this Motel during a layover in DFW. Airport shuttle was easy and convenient, just call the number they provide upon arrival and they will send a shuttle within 20 minutes. They had set shuttle times for the morning which made it convenient to get to the airport as well. Motel itself was bare minimum but you don’t really need much for a layover so it is good enough!

Smooth pickup upon arrival to DFW airport. Early morning shuttle starts at 3am, so it was no problem to make early morning flight when trip was done. Clean, pleasant rooms were well worth the price. I would very much stay here again.

Nice clean comfy bed. A no frills room at a great price. Service was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for quick, safe over night for DFW airport. They offer long term airport parking for 6 bucks a day with free airport shuttle. Great deal.
