Excellent support from the friendly staff. Happily assisted in making accommodations for me on short notice after my apartment was destroyed, for that I am grateful. The accommodations that is. Cable plus premier channels was a lovey amenity! Great vending selection and the washer/dryer on site is super convenient and accessible. Thank you!

Positive: Very quiet Negative: First, I left my driver's liscense and they lied and said they didn't find them. The door jammed and was super loud and hard to open. The male that works in office is rude as hell and a liar.

The employees at this location will steal your items. My apple watch was stolen here by an employee, I keep tracking it and it keeps showing it is at this location, but every time I call I'm told its not there. They will turn it on for a few hours and then shut it off. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Positive: New renovations setup is very nice. Negative: Mold in the bathroom tub and the pool wasn't open or breakfast wasn't served as stated online

Our check in was smooth, as I called in advance to ensure that our room was available and pet-friendly. Upon arrival, I called the front desk to ask about a roll-away bed and was told there weren't any 'on the property'. I asked if we could be extra blankets and the clerk said that she would have to call the owners and get an 'ok' to hand out anything "extra" (like we were going to take it with us!). My Mom took a shower and there was mold around the grout in the tub. There were roaches in the bathroom! One managed to find its way into my bag and came home with us. Thankfully dying en route. The floors were so filthy that the bottoms of my socks were black within an hour. The air conditioner/fan/heater was somehow preset at 73, so it was either freeze or have no circulating air at all. TH
