Motel 6 Humble, TX - Houston International Airport

The woman working the front was extremely rude and dishonest. I paid for 2 nights via 3rd party website and she tried to say I had to leave the room at 11 AM after the first night and come back to the SAME room at 3 PM to check in again since I booked 3rd party and didn't pay the expensive rate that the hotel offered at the desk. I've traveled this country coast to coast for the past decade as a business owner and know that obviously isn't how things work. She wasted my time trying to debate with me and then acted like she was doing me a favor letting me stay in the room that I had ALREADY PAID FOR during the 4 hour gap between check-out and check-in. She was apparently mad because I got the room for such a cheap rate online. (She did make $5 off me by charging me for an extra room key, s

The first room we seen the bed looked horrible and We couldnt check in until after 6:30 for upstairs accomidations. The room had no table lights only can lightss in ceilling. The exhaust fan was extremly noisy in bathroom. The air conditioner had a terrible odor when turned on. The refrigirator leaked water. I felt like I was in a dog kennel we got very little sleep due to constant moving noise upstairs above our room. I will never return to the hotel again for any reason . What a waste of money we would have been better off sleeping in our car.

I had training near IAH. Rather than fight early morning rush, I decided to get a room. When I arrived I was disappointed in the neighborhood & a bit scared. My vehicle is still in the parking lot, so that's good. The room is large, not overcrowded. Paint color is lime green - wow! The staff moved me when the TV didn't work, right across from vending area (I hear cans dispensing). Bed is big, but uncomfortable. Bathroom is large. |No restaurants nearby. There are several that will deliver with a $15 minimum - too much food for 1 person. So glad I brought some snacks. Overall, I saved myself the headache of fight the AM and am close to my training, less than 4 minutes away.

We found this hotel recently & it is close to our job when we’re in the area.. It is extremely clean, very well maintained.. Highly recommend
