Motel 6 Dallas, TX - Northwest

They tried to give me room 225 and the key card wasn't working. Then they tried to give me room 224 and the key card still wasn't working. And then they tried to give me room 223 and finally the key card worked to unlock the door. But the TV wasn't working in room 223 initially and it took them about 20 minutes to get the TV to work. I asked for a discount for my stay and they said they would not give me a discount. Ridiculous service and ridiculous room. Their sign says "Great Room" and "Great Service". Definitely not.

We enjoyed our 2 day say with our grandchildren. Rooms were very clean as was the pool area. The 2 king size beds in our room were so comfortable and AC worked great. There were 2 flat screen TVs, one for each bed. But more than these attributes, the thing most appreciated was the genuine friendliness of the staff.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Who ever cleaning the rooms clearly doesn't know what there doing. Got to the last room noticed black mold on the shower curtain called asked for a new one he said give him 10 minutes he never showed up just needed to sleep for a couple hours before flying out I most definitely will not recommend this motel 6 to anyone. Then I'm waiting on my lyft the old lady looks at me crazy like I pissed her off n going to move her back n forth like imma dog to get out if I could give them a-0x10 I would very upset 😡

This hotel is honestly one of the best family owned hotels in Texas, their rooms are pretty big but there cheap. Housekeeping make sure everything gets done right. And the manager Ricky is a cool, humble laid back guy, He’s been kind of bro to me and he’s very respectful to my family. If you’re looking for a room that’s sufficient and affordable. This is the place to go. I highly recommend this place
