Motel 6 Dallas, TX – Downtown

Front desk is completely rude. Lazy and have no clue how to treat their customers. My rooms were not cleaned , mopped and roaches, not1or2 but a school of them. They moved me twice and they both were nasty. I told them abiut it. They handed me bug pray. This is by far the nastiest place I have stayed and the lack of customer service is shocking. It may be motel 6 but it's still should have respect and be clean and take care of their customers.. regal row is a better option. If ur needing a low cost place. ...

This place was less expensive than most downtown but really more than it should be. There was mold on the ceilings, the tub was really dirty, our heater did not work, their was no microwave but it had a mini fridge. The room was big with 2 beds and a little table with a corner bench and a chair. It has a tv but I didn't see if it worked. It was pretty noisy through the night. The clerk was pretty nice. I stay here every year because of the price and location but there are little things they could do to make it a little better that wouldn't cost much for them to do.

This hotel needs to be completely renovated. It does not represent the Motel 6 brand. Non working mini fridge. Expect only a bar of soap- no coffee machine in the room, no shampoo. Pillows old and funky smelling.

This place was really good value for money. It was clean and secure and everything worked. The bed was super comfortable and I slept so well I didn't even wake up when I needed to! This is the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at.

Positive: It had a Denny's across the street and it is centrally located for downtown activities. I appreciate the man who offered me a partial refund. He was kind. Negative: The rooms were filthy, did not even have clean, regular sized pillows, the air conditioning did not work, there was water marks on the walls... we did not stay 10 minutes.
