Motel 6 Casper, WY

My husband and kids and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a it was just irritating this wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and always made sure that we had everything we need. Their coffee is never ending and always fresh cotton delicious. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean.I recommend this hotel to anybody.

Very disappointed! Paid for 3 nights last week in December. Walked into a room with a small portable heater. Main heater wasn't working. Internet didn't work, sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. Woke up at 3 a.m. and the power was out. Called them that morning and said I'm checking out and would like refunded for the rest of the 2 days. FINE he yelled hanging up. 2nd week and haven't received my money back for those 2 nights

I want to recommend this excellent hotel, very quiet, safe, and the staff is very friendly. Whenever I come to Casper, I've stayed here and I've never had a bad experience. Great service.

Never again. First room had bathroom lights not working. Was given another room where the main lights were not working and the sink was essentially clogged. Bugs in folded clean towels. Early in the morning, dogs in a nearby room that had been barking on and off all night were howling in obvious distress. This went on for hours. Sad situation of neglect. The front desk said there was nothing they could do until checkout. Said if I called the police it would cost the owner $300. He called the owner but phone disconnected. Along with obvious drug use and other questionable activities, the conditions are beyond the capacity of the staff.

Positive: Clean! And friendly, helpful staff! Negative: The room was a bit cold
